The shop in Beddgelert is open every day, except Christmas & Boxing Day, from 10am until at least 4pm, and later in the summer months. In the depths of dark, wet Welsh winter we may have sneaked off somewhere a little earlier so during these months please call ahead if you’re coming especially to see us.
If you need to change your order please get in touch as soon as possible as we are unable to change orders once they have been dispatched, however we will always work something out to make sure you are getting what you need, when you need it! Just drop us an email at shop@beddgelertwoodcraft.com and we will sort any changes you need.
Most items arrive within 3-5 working days of ordering, if you need your order faster please let us know when ordering and we will let you know the fastest we can get it to you and the cost. Some personalised items may take longer to dispatch, please check details on individual items for this.
We don’t send out tracking unless specifically requested, however if your item hasn’t arrived within 5 days please get in touch and we’ll have a look where it has got to!

Please notify us within 48 hours of any damaged items received and we will contact you for further information.
We have a standard charge of £3.95 to the UK mainland, some of our larger/heavier items are available but postage will be more please get in touch if you would like more details.
We welcome direct collection from our Beddgelert shop and are open 7 days a week.
